First published in English in 1971, this book is a reprint of a classic work on advanced competitive foil training. It analyses the techniques and tactics needed to exploit the advantages of the electric foil and is illustrated by clear and informative multi-action drawings. Although writing before the development of the flick attack, Lukovich anticipates the ninth parry by advising an action similar to quinte in Sabre against the high cutover. Even after 35 years, this is still an excellent guide to best practice in foil fencing.
