For the first time in the history of fencing the X-Change system allows you to completely remove the bib in a matter of seconds. The internationally patented X-Change system is a completely new approach to mask design; it allows the inner edge of the bib to be slotted securely into the aluminium extrusion on the mask where it is then locked in place. You may also need a mask to jacket Sabre cable Ref: S17.

Our Improved Cooling and Evaporation (ICE) padding is a new shape and a new concept in fencing mask comfort. In the past big soft pillow-like padding that enclosed the head was always considered to be most comfortable; we have turned that tradition on its head and pared the padding to an absolute minimum whilst maintaining comfort. The ICE padding features memory foam for the crown and chin and grips your head with minimal contact leaving room for air to flow and improving hearing. The padding also features the same signature grey Transpor® dry layer lining as our top of the line clothing which actively pulls moisture from your skin allowing it to evaporate near the mesh!

Lames are cut to fit over the same sizes of jacket, so no sizing option is necessary.

As part of the ever increasing Leon Paul lightweight range we are introducing lightweight pin-stripe lamé jackets. This new lamé is made from a super fine weave through are high strength single filament polymer base impregnated with silver. Machine washable on a delicate cycle at 30 degrees with no detergent or pure soap powder.

The lightest plastron money can buy.

It is fully FIE compliant and tested to in excess of 800 Newtons. It is constructed from single very thin Kevlar like material and a thin cotton lining. The underarm protector is very, light, comfy and non restrictive whilst still providing excellent protection.

The new top of the range Leon Paul electric Sabre glove puts an end to fiddly overlays and restrictive gloves. It is the first glove to include a section of high-tech stretch lame, which makes it as comfortable as a normal fencing glove. Unlike traditional electric Sabre gloves, which have to be worn loose to retain flexibility in the wrist the new stretch panel makes it close fitting like a normal glove which reduces the target area while still retaining all important freedom of movement in the wrist.

Prolen® Bodyfresh is a special yarn modified by an anti-bacterial additives are harmless to humans for and the invironment. Due to the fact that the product during additives are applied to the core of the yarn, they permanently remain in the fabric after multiple washes.

This guard features adjustable elastic straps and covers the chest and sides. It is a great way to stop painful hits, especially in Epee. It is made from a special impact absorbing thermoplastic that is flexible and tough.
