MAKING A PURCHASE
Just browse our catalogue, and click on “add to cart” any items that you wish to buy then put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on cart image in the menu and your selections will be displayed. You can either check out or review your basket from here. At present, we are only able to accept Visa and MasterCard payments, sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Your card will be charged at the time you place your order.

Please note that we ONLY SHIP TO THE USA AND CANADA, for orders from any other country please visit the Leon Paul global site at www.leonpaul.com. Leon Paul can ship to address in Puerto Rico, however, please note that all order ship from London, ENGLAND, not the from the mainland USA, because of this the cost of shipping is high, we apologize for this unavoidable situation. 

Third Party Deliveries
Orders placed from outside of the United States of America or Canada must be placed at www.leonpaul.com If you are ordering from a country outside of the United States of America or Canada and having the order sent to a third party, Leon Paul Equipment Co. Leon Paul USA cannot be held responsible for the safe delivery of your order to you.  Leon Paul reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are being shipped to third party locations. Any orders that are shipped to third party locations and end up being returned to Leon Paul, for any reason, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Product Images
Whilst we do our best to ensure that all photographs on our website are correct and up to date sometimes there are small discrepancies. As such the photos used on our websites should be considered a guide and may not be 100% identical to the item you receive.

BACK ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately we do not show live stock levels on our website at this time. We try to keep good stocks of all items that are commonly purchased. If however an item you order is not in stock we will usually email you within 3 working days to inform you. Back ordered items will take around two weeks to be made and dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so and receive a full refund up until the point that the order ships. Leon Paul reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if a product is discontinued or it becomes impossible to obtain stock. Whilst we make every effort to ensure prices on the website are accurate Leon Paul reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if there has been a typographical error. Placing an order via the website does not constitute a legally binding contract to supply.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Air Mail is an un-tracked uninsured service. This usually takes 10+ working days from the date of DISPATCH (that is the date it is sent rather than the date it is ordered) to arrive but in some extreme cases may take up to 28 days.

Courier shipping is a tracked and insured service. This service usually takes 3-5 working days from the date of DISPATCH (that is the date it is sent rather than the date it is ordered) to reach you depending on your location.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items on order. Rates are the same to all USA and Canadian addresses including Hawaii and Alaska. Orders from Puerto Rico cannot currently be filled by Leon Paul USA and must be ordered from our global site at www.leonpaul.com. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Orders placed with Leon Paul USA ship from Leon Paul's global distribution facility in London, ENGLAND Please note we are only able to ship to permanent residences and places of work. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or a Sunday will not ship until Monday as we are closed on weekends.

When the package leaves our dispatch department you will receive an automated email confirming that the parcel is on its way, For orders sent via a tracked service this email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel online. Please ensure you track the parcel online if it has not been delivered within a week. Sometimes after delivery is attempted a note is left which some customers have not noticed or have thrown out thinking it is junk mail. If a delivery is attempted the parcel will go back to the depot and if you don't call to have it redelivered then it may be returned to sender. If the parcel is sent all the way back to our global distribution centre in England then you will be liable for any re-delivery costs.

If a parcel arrives and is damaged or opened please check the contents of the parcel before you accept it. Leon Paul USA cannot take responsibility if part of a package is missing once it has been signed for by the customer.

There is a check box during shipping that you can select if you want your parcel sent "no signature required" if you select this option then no signature will be required on delivery of your parcel and you waive your rights to claim for an undelivered parcel. Leon Paul USA cannot be held responsible for any loss if you select "no signature required". Only select this option if you are certain that there is somewhere secure for the courier to leave the parcel and you are prepared to accept liability if the parcel is lost or stolen between the courier delivering it and you receiving it. For example, if you place an order "no signature required" the couriers tracking service will only show a time of delivery and the fact that it was dropped off under the signature waiver system, it will give no more information. If the courier has left it on your porch or with a concierge but you don't ever receive it then you are accepting liability for this loss by selecting "no signature required" during checkout.


PAYMENTS & CHARGES
Once you enter the area of the site where credit card information has to be submitted you will be transferred to a SECURE server. You will see https:// at the beginning of the web address in your toolbar rather than http:// signifying that the area is secure. These pages are encrypted with 128 bit encryption and are GUARANTEED 100% SECURE. There is no way for a third party to read the information.

Bank and Credit Card Charges
The store is entirely priced in US dollars and the payment is made to Leon Paul in US Dollars, however; recently a very small minority of credit card companies and banks have started charging a “foreign transaction” fee because the final destination of the money is a bank based in England. This charge is only levied by a very small minority of card issuers, less than 0.2%. We believe that this charge is wholly unreasonable, there is no added risk for the card issuer and they are just taking an opportunity to rip off their, and our, customer. We cannot be held responsible for this charge as it is levied by the card issuer and we have no control over it. If this charge is made when you place an order we suggest that you contact the card issuer and make a strong request for a refund based on the fact that there is no additional work or risk for them by which to justify the charge.

Duties USA
Leon Paul USA sends a majority of our orders from our global distribution centre in London, in a tiny minority of cases, less than 1 in 1000; US customs incorrectly charge duty of around 4%. We are afraid that we can’t be responsible for these errors you will need to contact US customs and try to arrange for a refund directly with them. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this causes. 

Duties Canada
Leon Paul USA sends a majority of our orders from our global distribution centre in London; if your delivery address is in Canada then you will be charged import duty by Canadian customs. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this causes.

It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to be aware of ANY import charges that may be made regardless of the destination. Leon Paul USA can take no responsibility for ANY import or duty charges.


PRIVACY POLICY
Leon Paul does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Leon Paul does not store any of your financial information.

GUARANTEE
All of our products are guaranteed for 28 days minimum. If a product fails outside this period and you consider it to be substandard please contact us and we will consider replacing it at no charge. We believe Leon Paul equipment is the best in the world if you feel that anything you receive from us is not up to the high standards you expect from Leon Paul USA then please contact us at sales@leonpaulusa.com and we will be happy to try to help you.

Shoes 
Many fencing shoes are designed to protect the area which is damaged when a fencer over lunges and rolls the foot causing the side or upper surface of the shoe to slide across the floor. These protective areas are designed to minimise damage from occasional accidental over extended lunges. Repeated overextended lunges where the side or top of the shoe is dragged along the floor will cause damage to the shoe which is not covered by the warranty.

RETURNS
All goods may be returned for a refund within 28 days of purchase provided that the merchandise is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please do not order multiple sizes of a single item and then return the ones that don't fit. There are comprehensive size charts on the website to help you order the correct size and if there are problems with sizes we deal with exchanges very quickly.

In situations where customers have ordered a range of sizes and sent some back for a refund, a 10% restocking fee may be charged to cover our cost of shipping the goods to you. Leon Paul USA reserves the right to assess a 10% restocking fee on items returned without sufficient cause.

Items that have had names applied to them cannot be returned for a refund under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Please only order an item with a name applied if you are 100% certain that it will fit you. 100% certain means that you will have tried the same item from the same range of clothing from Leon Paul in the last 6 months.

If goods were ordered incorrectly then exchanges can be made but shipping charges will be incurred. Leon Paul USA cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to us so please insure your return shipment.

Merchandise should be returned with a copy of the receipt and a note explaining the action that you want taken. Please write your credit card number (Visa or Mastercard) and expiration date on the receipt to pay for the return shipping of the item that you are exchanging.
